What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)™?

RTT™ is a phenomenally effective therapy developed by world-renowned therapist, Marisa Peer.

It quickly identifies the root cause of your issues, allows you to recognise the value and importance you have placed on them, and leads you to release the emotions attached – resulting in an empowering transformation of your life.


How does RTT Work?

RTT™ combines the most beneficial principals of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Regression Therapy. The layering of these techniques is shown to produce a rapid and transformative effect on clients – in many cases within a single session.

RTT™ utilises the neuroplasticity of the brain and sub-conscious mind to easily change old patterns of thinking and behaving and allow more positive ones to be embedded– as simple as that. Your sub-conscious mind knows exactly the cause of your issues – so that’s what we work with.


Can RTT™ Help Me?

When the client is 100% committed to wanting to break free from their limiting belief system and willing and open to engage with the therapist, that’s when the magic happens.


How do I know if Can I Be Hypnotised?

You most definitely can be hypnotised! Everyone can – all you need is the openness and desire to be hypnotised.


How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Almost every issue can be successfully addressed in one session. However, long standing issues that are the directly connected to eating disorders, depression, anxiety and weight reduction may require 3 or more sessions.


How Quickly Will I See Results?

Results appear in 3 stages in RTT™ and depend entirely on the individual and issue addressed.

Immediate – you can begin to experience shifts as early as during the consultation and even more profound changes emotionally and physically during the session.

Gradual – you experience shifts in your thinking and behaving gradually over time.

Retrospective – change is not initially obvious then, one day, you reflect on where you have come from and realise the transformation in your life.


Which is more Effective – ZOOM or in Person?

My experience has shown consistently that both contexts work equally well with profound benefit for the client. Some clients prefer the comfort of their own home whilst others prefer direct contact – you chose what is right for you.


How will I know if my session has worked?

During the RTT™ process we work together to understand your issue and beliefs around it.

As you begin to understand Why and How you are where you are in life you enable healing from that issue – this knowing is quite profound.

Other issues may manifest that require deeper delving, in which case you make the decision about needing more sessions or not.


Is Hypnosis Safe?

Absolutely! You will feel in control at all times. You will feel alert, able to verbally respond with ease and can come out of the process at any stage.

Do you work with Groups?

I sure do! I create and deliver bespoke workshops in all areas of need for groups of up to 10 people.
